Business and Intellectual Property Litigation Notes is presented by Richard A. Catalina, Jr. and Timothy D. Richard is Chair of the Intellectual Property Litigation Team, a registered patent attorney and a Certified Licensing Professional who has litigated more than one hundred intellectual property matters before various courts and tribunals across the U.S. Tim is a New Jersey Certified Civil Trial Attorney and is Co-Chair of the Business and Commercial Litigation practice teams of the firm.
